On a lovely Spring day, the Doctor Puppet and I went for a walk through Brooklyn. We came across Broken Angel, an institution of a building in the Clinton Hill neighborhood. Doesn’t it look like a place where you’d find a weeping angel?
Doctor Puppet episode 3 is coming along! I’ll have news on that soon. I promise!
It was such a gorgeous Spring day out, I just had to take a break from episode 3 and go for a walk with the 10th Doctor Puppet. We visited Pratt Institute, my alma mater. I love the campus so much! It’s more like a sculpture garden than a traditional college campus. This is where I first learned about animation. Good memories.
Doctor Puppet Episode 3 will be released soon. Really! To hold you over ‘til then, here’s a behind-the-scenes look at the making of The Red X. I’ll be releasing more of these videos between episodes.
Haven’t seen The Red X yet? Watch it here. Then go watch The Conjunction of Eleven.
Happy Birthday David Tennant!
I can’t wait ‘til November to see what you have in store for us. It’s been far too long.

Hello Tumblr! Can you believe it’s been a year since my first post? Here it is! It’s definitely the worst photo I’ve ever posted, but it was dark out! (If you can’t tell, I was at the New York filming of “The Angels Take Manhattan.”)
What a year it’s been! I traveled all over New York City, then crossed the pond and explored the UK for the first time. In December, my first animation was released. It lead to a partnership with The Nerdist Channel, and the creation of a full animated series for YouTube. The first two episodes are already out! Have you seen them yet?
Episode 2 - The Conjunction of Eleven

Thanks Tumblr! You were where it all started. What’s in store for the Doctor Puppet’s second year..? Only time will tell! Stay tuned. :)
“The Red X” became the first Doctor Puppet video to pass 100,000 views last night! “The Conjunction of Eleven” passed 50,000 at the same time! To celebrate an excellent first week, I’ve treated myself to some new shoes. What do you think?
Hey New Yorkers! This weekend Alisa Stern will be selling hand-made jewelry and magnets at the MoCCA Arts Festival. She’ll be sharing a table with some fantastic artists including Shelby Arnold, who worked on sets and props for all 3 Doctor Puppet films. Find them at Table D126. Come get a (free) Doctor Puppet card!

Hey everyone! Alisa here. The Doctor Puppet has gotten fed up with this abysmal New York winter and has run off to some warmer country (or planet.) I’ll let you know when he returns!
I made a Facebook page! Like me and you can see my travel photos and get news about my animated adventures.
I recently found myself in Wales exploring Cardiff Bay. My trip was brief because I was looking over my shoulder the entire time expecting a Dalek to attack me! Luckily I did not encounter one. I did get to see the Road Dahl Plass, Cardiff Bay Barrage, and Mermaid Quay. There I stumbled upon a memorial to a friend.
It’s been absolutely freezing in New York City lately! I thought I’d escape and visit someplace warm, like Hawaii or maybe Venus. The TARDIS wasn’t having it though, and brought me to Amsterdam instead. I think it was maybe a few degrees warmer there, when the sun was out. The beautiful canals and architecture made the trip worth it I suppose. Lovely place, Amsterdam.
